Eileen is a passionate and focused advocate.
Eileen is developing a broad litigation practice. Prior to joining Tyr LLP, Eileen was a judicial law clerk at the Federal Court of Canada and worked as a summer student at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP.
Eileen completed her J.D. at the University of Toronto's Faculty of Law. As a passionate oral advocate, Eileen competed in the 2019 Wilson Moot. She was also selected to participate in the University of Toronto's annual Grand Moot in 2019.
While at law school, Eileen gained considerable experience advocating for minority and Indigenous rights. She graduated with a Certificate in Aboriginal Legal Studies, volunteered for Legal Action Within Schools, served as Co-Leader for the Indigenous Rights Working Group at the David Asper Centre of Constitutional Rights, and worked as a Senior Editor for the Indigenous Law Journal. Eileen was also a Summer Research Fellow at the Max Plank Institute for the Study of Religious and Ethnic Diversity in Germany.
Outside of the office, Eileen enjoys exploring urban nature, cross-country skiing and going on canoe trips.
